Its good to see your statement about looking forward to learning a new interface...very rare in Avid editors, as the pissing and moaning about the DS interface as being "too different" was deafening when it was introduced. Of course that never stopped all of us from jumping on FCP damn quick...and then we pissed and moaned about that too!

I know about Avid, but does anyone know if the "entertainment division" or whatever they are calling the old Discreet, is profitable for Autodesk?
