Thanks for saying it Terry.
It accounts for a lot of the meaningless BS on TV.
I am NOT saying that there are some very good editors who can do it all and do it well.
I AM saying that in most cases the extra layer of division adds a lot to the final show and very little to the bottom line on the budget.
I'm getting off my soap box now..
