[Avid-L2] QT none codec vs TIFF math

Hi, I´m exorting some files to other facility for color correction, running
FCP. I´m sendiing an HD quicktime movie 1920x1080 8 bit codec: none
And comparing to Tiff output is smaller 19minutes QT is about 112GB and
Tiff 168GB.
I think this is because the quicktime is still in YCrBr and Tiffs are RGB.
Is that right?
If that´s the case, does anybody know how to calculate the YCrBr bitrate so
I can explain the other guy whay is tis QT smaller and why there is no loss
compared to Tiffs.
thanks a lot for the help.
