The thing about efficiency experts is that it's not easy to quantify
if they are wrong. I once edited a corporate series in which
efficiency improvement methods were acted out so that employees would
better understand them. The result was the opposite (but of course, I
said nothing, being the mere tool of their madness). I'm sure that
their clients were satisfied with the training videos because they
SEEMED to be making a point, though in a very obtuse way.
Disclaimer: My father was an efficiency expert. I learned a lot of
things from him on the subject, which explains a lot about what kind of
person I am. ;)
