The problem with that is it simply says "don't upload copyrighted material."

It doesn't give much guidance as to what that is. As professionals, we
all know that probably 95% of the stuff on YouTube violates someone's
copyright. What I'm looking for is a concise summary of exactly how
that works so I can show it around and it's not just coming from me.
