[Avid-L2] New DNxHD vs old

Hi everyone,

In the Readme for the latest release of MC, I found out about the new version of the DNxHD codecs. I'm about to start to edit a film which was entirely prepared on 3.5 - therefore with the "old" DNxHD 36.
I was thinking about upgrading before starting to edit, but will this new flavour of mediafiles create problems - render problems, export problems, or anything else?
Project was shot on XDCam XD, imported via AMA and transcoded to DNxHD36. Once the edit is finished, we'll relink to the original files before doing a TIF export for grading.

Thanks!
