This kind of smacks of what I recall from Marianna quite a while back where you have to download the update to get things to register as active. Unfortunately for a dongle there is no deactivation so here I sit with the Avid Store's inability to convey when someone has renewed there support contract through the link on the my product's page. I don't know if I'm unique in this issue but it's happened to me every time I've renewed using the link on my products page. I haven't tried any other method of renewing as I don't know what I would do other than use this link.

I have a valid support contract (expires 7/30/2017) yet MC 8.6.2 thinks my contract expired 7/30/2016 and now refuses to launch. FOR F#$@S SAKE, IT SAYS MY SUPPORT CONTRACT IS VALID RIGHT THERE IN THE APPLICATION MANAGER, but MC seems to not feel like believing it.
Anyone ever seen this happen?
