Steve: I think the way the description should be interpreted is that you will be doing editing and color correction. The editor/colorist will be using both tools (and others) for both types of activities.
John: Resolve is used in a variety of ways depending on the situation. Some films are corrected entirely in Resolve, and sometimes not. It depends on many factors such as deadline, client needs, technical nature of project, etc.
