Hi Lou,
I have a feeling one of the "large-brains" on the list will have some magic trick that will work like you're hoping.
But if for some reason there is no trick (too bad there's not an "Interpret Footage" feature like in After Effects), here's a way to apply a Timewarp pretty quickly to all those clips:
1- On one clip: set the TW parameters you want (speed, interpolation method -- i.e. blended interpolated).
2- Test the results.
3- Once you have the ingredients as you want them, make an Effect Template.
4- Enable the video track.
5- Park the position indicator/blue line on the first clip in the sequence.
6- Use the Select Right button to quickly select all 118 clips (places them in Segment Mode).
7- Double-click the Effect Template that you put in the bin, and it will be applied to all 118 clips at once.
