Not sure about cabling but here's something I just got emailed for a free rack layout app. Probably geared towards the RackTools equipment but maybe worth a look.

The RFR Reference Series Furniture Rack and MFR Series Mobile Furniture Rack have now been added to Middle Atlantic's free RackTools® design software's growing product list. Updating your software to access the RFR and MFR is fast and easy to do, just follow these simple steps:
Open up RackTools with internet connection
Allow the software to update and complete synchronization
Expand Enclosure Options in the left hand menu
Expand Portable Racks
Click open MFR and RFR
