10.0.3 was 9 months ago. There have been three updates since then. You should probably read my blog article on 10.0.6 to get a feel for what else has changed.
Almost always when someone makes that sort of blanket dismissal they're working on outdated knowledge, which is apparently the case here if 10.0.3 is news.
