[Avid-L2] Video Output on MBP for Avid and Resolve?

 

I can't seem to download the mac configuration guide for Resolve off the BlackMagic site.  I click download and a new blank tab opens but no download prompt for the .pdf.  I have had similar issues when downloading the Resolve Lite 9 a while back.  I'm trying to figure out what options I might have for an input/output device of my 17 inch MBP circa mid 2009 that would work for Avid symphony 6 and Resolve.  I see UltraStudio SDI as a USB 3 device but I don't know if that would function with my express 32 to USB 3 adapter which I had originally thought would work with the Ultrascope but I've been told it doesn't.  Without the configuration guide I don't even know if Resolve would work with UltraStudio SDI.  AJA I/O Express looks nice but will it work with Resolve?  If anybody has a functioning link for the Resolve Mac Configuration Guide I'd appreciate it.
