Dennis,
I work in the commercial world. When we do an HD commercial we are REQUIRED to build all graphics 4:3 center cut. So now it is affecting the HD viewer because the graphics that they are seeing have all been forced into center cut, instead of using the proper 16:9 title safe. Stations will reject spots not 4:3 center cut.
It is done for the SD viewer but it does affect all.
