P.S.:

Some DIT's and data handlers offer the service of encoding to DNxHD as well. They may use any of the various tools available. A lot of them will claim to be able to sync up as well, but I much prefer to sync up in Avid from the original BWAV recordings.

Resolve won't let you burn in TC. Some other apps will. I chose not to burn in. Seems to work just fine and absolutely frame accurate.
