Hi Marianna,
I was also unable to get Cmd + apostrophe to work from the keyboard and I'm on OS 10.7.2.
Also... it would be so great if they could make it possible to once again change the background color of the Timeline (the selection is there but it doesn't work) as well as the Project window color . . . . honestly the kvetch is to be able to customize lots of things such as default bin backgrounds, the color when you mark i/o, separate colors for button highlights and text highlights, etc.
