[Avid-L2] Avid MC 4.0.5 Mpeg IMX 625/50 import

 

Dear L,
 
I am trying to import MPEG IMX 625/50 QT.mov files into MC 4.0.5
The files import but the video shows up as white implying the codec is missing.
 
I have tried installing AvidCodecsPE(MC 4.0.5) codec but this has not helped. The video content is still white.
Is there some alternative codec that will work or some trick getting it to work?
 
Any suggestions gratefully received.
