Could also go Google. Get a cheap domain name and hosting, then buy Google Apps Unlimited. It's $120 per user per year. There's a bit of setup involved to get the Google Apps to takeover on your domain, but it's one time and not too complicated if you follow their directions. You make two users - one is you, the other is your client (could do it with one if you're not planning to use it with anyone else). Google Drive has great setup for permissions and sharing, and it's only limited by your bandwidth.

Otherwise, everyone else is using Aspera, Dropbox Pro, etc.
