I just had a demo today from Signiant. Seems like they've got their act together now- used to suck, but pretty good now. 'Media shuttle' could be good for you. I've used it from the client side a few times and it's easy and as fast and reliable as Aspera- but without the bogus 'bandwidth' charges on the server side. For small business it's about $6k a year license- negotiable, I think- for a limited number of users.
Over simplifying, it's udp transfer with tcip control and checking, mostly done in a browser. No file size limit, no cloud storage- just point-to-point. You need an Internet facing Windows or Linux server- similar to if you set up an in-house ftp server, and as much bandwidth as you can get.
Maybe you're looking for a company to do the transfer, but if I were looking to move files like that, and I had the bandwidth, I'd try signiant. I thin you can even set up a 'push' situation where you can use your license to transfer to an unattended (but configured) client machine, rather than the client having to actively 'download.'
There's also a company with a similar product we looked at a few years ado- Airship? Don't remember much about it. Aspera works great, of course, but I hate their pricing model.
