Cross-posting here with the DS-list....thanks in advance for your help.
I'm not a frequent MC user - I use it primarily to get material into my still-useful Avid DS. But today I want to update 8.2 to 8.4, and I need a refresher on procedure.
Win7 Pro 64, HP z800
Perpetual software license, no dongle
I've already downloaded the software and unzipped the file. What I remember is
- Deactivate 8.2
- Uninstall 8.2
- Install 8.4
- Activate 8.4
- Install AMA plug-ins
What have I missed? Thanks again!
