The link is basically all of the files that Microsoft hosted for Windows 7 before taking them down. Don't know how legal it is, but it's been up for a while and hasn't been taken down yet. You can download windows 7 professional (you probably don't need ultimate) from there and use the key that you got from your upgrade to activate it, either during or after installation.
