Adobe have removed the Speech to Text engine from current (and future) releases of Premiere Pro CC and therefore the audio waveform alignment. It wasn't reliable enough so they dropped it.

Premiere has something similar for sync by audio waveform alignment... but it isn't all that reliable in my limited experience.  But this is not really comparable to Nexidia speech analysis; it's more equivalent to pluraleyes.
