Today after receiving a second round of QC notes on a show that I'd already fixed all the QC notes listed initially somebody had their Wheaties and decided to find some one pixel dead pixel notes that are intermittent but always in the same place. I like to think of QC like a multiple choice test where you go with your first instinct. In light of this Re QC instead of just checking the spots I'd fixed I found myself contemplating a career shift. I figure there is still time to become a Billionaire Mogul of some sort but I'm worried once I end up in the big mansion on the hill I'll miss the thrill of blurring license plates and color balancing a myriad of toy cameras. Anybody here come from the billionaire world and find editing way more fulfilling? Or has anybody here gone from edithood to Billionairehood and decided to come back to the Post world? I just want to avoid having all that money and still be unhappy, that would be worse than a bad QC wouldn't it? ;-)
I think I am being realistic about this. I'm not fooling myself into thinking I can become a Billionaire Playboy, I'm too old for that, but Billionaire Mogul that seems doable. ;-0
