I fund the problem.
It's a bug, When I use FRAME VIEW in the timeline, then when I step in the message appear.

Can you check it Agustin?

I've been able to stack 3 effects, create a submaster, add a resize to the submaster and I had no problem to step in.

I'm on MC 8.2 Though.

Simple, I collapse some clips and add an effect, or put several effects in a clip. When I step it, then the error is produce.
