Black Magic had also been a little sloppy with the branding after they bought the company and I'd seen it several ways on their site. It changed between various versions of my color correction books. But I never used Da Vinchi, I don't think.

Well, if you want to be truly picky, it was da Vinci (yes, lower case "d") as that was the company name. (da Vinci Systems, Inc.)
