Hi again, thanks for all the answers so far
I'm writing the process from what i understand (still dont know the Alexa info etc...)
1- Link to AMA (better upgrade to avid 7 from 5.5 as the AMA is much better right?)
2- Transcode (what is better? ProRes or DNxHD 36 for example or other... for the workflow?)
3- edit offline
4- when finish relink to original and export for Da-Vinchi for grading
or if not moving to DA-Vinch than transcode to DNxHD 145 right?

Once again, if they shoot LOG C, you won't like looking at the dailies. Having the LUT feature in 7 will save a lot of workarounds.
