I'd check the dog, if you have one. Dongles make tasty dog treats and pretty awesome cat toys if you have a cat. Some extra tricky folks use to install their dongle on an internal usb connection on a a card inside the computer tub to keep people from lifting the dongle. You didn't perhaps do that did you? We need an app find my dongle.
