If you are looking for something more stable than hard drives, many folks on
the list are using LTO. Check out http://www.cache-a.com/. They have
several tiers of products that can be used in a stand-alone configuration or
with an asset management solution like CatDV. They have just announced
support for LTO6 which has a capacity of 2.5TB and a shelf life of 30 years.
