[Avid-L2] RedCine

 

I have some 4K red shots I need to blow up in RedCine and export for 1080/Avid project. I have moved files through RedCine before but never had to blow up . Do I have to do this in the RedCine timeline? That seems to be the only place you can resize a clip? Does the timeline need to be set to my project settings?
