From the specs:
Analog Audio: 2 channels of 1/4" TRS I/O, stereo headphone output (3.5mm TRS)
What problem are you having with the audio? TRS should be balanced on the 1/4" phone jacks. Are you sticking a mono 1/4" phone jack into them. That will be problematic but might give signal if you push the plug half way in. YMMV
