AMA and I selected the 601 option...import is still crazy slow but quicker than just a straight import. Does it make a difference if I import as XDCAM 50 megbits rather than DNX145? If I did DNX145 there is no online where as XDCAM 50 megabits there is an online process needed?

when you go to the import dialog, click option, go to the image tab. the section labeled "file pixel to video mapping" should be set to 601...is it? if not select it and import see if you get fast import.
