[Avid-L2] MC 6.0.1.1 with AJA Kona 3G and OS X 10.7.3 has no audio

 

Hi,

We have one Media Composer system here we can't get any audio playback out of and it's driving us crazy was hoping someone might be able to help. Here's specs:

MacPro 4,1 Quad Core w/ 2.26Gz OS X 10.7.3

AJA Kona 3G w/ breakout box

AJA Drivers 10.3.0

Software: Adobe CS 6, FCP 7, and MC 6.0.1.1

So system audio sent to line out is going directly to the speakers and every other piece of software sends audio fine. We can also send audio fine through the Kona RCA outputs, but when we open MC we get no audio thru the system or Kona RCA or HDMI. When we remove the Kona card from the computer MC works fine. We've tried rolling back the Kona drivers to 10.1 and it still doesn't work. Does anyone have any other ideas before we do a completely wipe of the hard drive and start over?
