So I finally decided to upgrade to Lion, but after doing so, my Sonnet Tempo SATA Pro Express34 card for my 17" MBP stopped working. When I use Disc Utility to verify the disc to which it is attached I get a message saying the Partition Map needs to be repaired. I do so, and it still does not see or mount the drive. Attaching a different eSATA drive using the same Sonnet card yields no better results.
Does anyone have insight into why after this OS upgrade the SATA card would no longer work? I checked the Sonnet site and it claims full compatibility with OS X Lion, and makes no reference to any additional firmware or driver updates needed.
Any counsel would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
David
