Officially supported method is to leave ScriptSync (and PhraseFind) activated on 5.5, uninstall 5.5 (but leave SS and PF untouched). After installation of v6, the PF and SS license should auto-magically transfer.

If - like me - you uninstalled or deactivated all, call tech support, and they will sort you out.
