Yes, your system ID should be in the versioner if you were on assurance at the time of v5 or v5.5 release. In other words, download the versioner and run Dongle Manager and it will tell you if your dongle is compatible and upgradeable.

Hi all, a quick question about upgrades. The bean counters here let our
assurance expire just after MC 5.5 came out but I had not taken advantage of
the 5 or 5.5 release (to busy)so am still on MC V4. Are we still entitled to
the upgrade to 5.5 even though I never upgraded to it? It would make the
upgrade to V6 a lot cheaper for us.
