[Avid-L2] Re: Whatever happened to Alt-C?

Thanks Job

Yes, I meant if I am supplied with a sequence either cut on a pre V5 system or cut by someone who didn't use stereo tracks, can I convert that sequence to stereo pairs at all? Seems not.

If I apply an RTAS effect to a pair of mono tracks, it's a PITA to adjust it across both mono tracks but the only way to convert is to convert the original clips and manually cut them back in on a stereo track which is both time consuming and rife with error potential!

Maybe MC6 then...
