[Avid-L2] Re: MC exporting to quicktime how to get it right?

 

Going back to the original issue, if you feel FCP gives you better results, then my suggested workaround is this:

1. Export QT reference from MC using Avid codec.
2. Convert to ProRes using Compressor.
3. Import into FCP.
4. Output as needed.
