Are there any possible 'audio only' files that did not get transcoded. Had the same thing happen to me recently and that was the issue. Had to do a mixdown, and use those tracks to do the export. Could not export and mixdown at the same time.

Here's the thing - As Terry says, I have transcoded the sequence so there should be no AMA media in the sequence and yet if I try a QT Reference I get a dialogue box saying can't export with AMA media.
Something ain't right, and I have got to export this Quicktime!
