around 7 hrs of 35Mb record time.
My only fear would be god forbid if the drive fails, crashes or is
accidently formatted. You lose an entire days work on one drive. With XDCAM
if a disc fails, while still catastrophic, would be only a part of the days
work.
I'm old school in that tape, Digibeta, HDCAM-SR, D5 are still viable and
proven archive backups. I find it so funny how videotape is seen as passé
considering LTO is magnetic tape.
