I was just having a similar conversation with a DP yesterday, regarding RED. He told me that when he shoots music videos with RED, the bass and drums cause enough vibration to result in data drops when he's recording to hard drive. In those cases he shoots with the cards.
In this discussion about cameras... What about the JVC 700? Bigger form-factor and EX codec to SDHC cards. Thoughts?
