[Avid-L2] Re: Latent Activation Issue - Deactivated Dongle (MCsoft 3.5.9/MOJO/PC)

Contact support. The dongle should be fine. Sounds like some file is hanging up and thinks you aren't activated properly. That initial screen should only appear once. When you pick dongle, it shouldn't show up anymore.
