This IS the Avid L2: [Avid-L2] MC 3.5 on OS 10.5.8? Adobe on 10.6?

Anyone running Media Composer 3.5 on Mac OS 10.5.8?
The Version Matrix says that only 4.0.3 is OK on 10.5.8

I'm just not willing/ready to upgrade to MC 4.x and OS 10.6.
I hear "stories" ;-)

I'm running the Adobe apps too. Anyone running CS4 on Snow Leopard
without problems?
