Aw, just sounds like one of those "no money, fresh out of school" gigs, really, almost an internship. I don't see this as a threat to established professionals like ourselves. I used to do this sort of thing myself, and not for $300 a week, but generally for free.
It cracks me up how often these "job" posts use the word "motivated" in their lists of requirements. Uh, yeah.
