[Avid-L2] Load Clip Shortcut

Been away from MC awhile, and have totally forgotten a great shortcut.

It involves marking a section in the timeline

and being able to load that into the source monitor.

I recall using the option key, in addition to a stroke I cannot recall.

Ideas…?
