[Avid-L2] MC 2019.12 Won't Open on Mac 10.14.6

I've just installed MC 2019.12 on my MacBook Pro (10.14.6), but I get Fatal Errors on launch and have not successfully opened it yet.

I have attached the Error messages below. Any idea what this is all about?
