Hold Cmd+Option when you open Photoshop and you can reset your scratch disk before it opens.

I can't seem to open Photoshop today as its telling me my scratch disk is full.. I don't know which drive is my scratch as I don't think I ever assigned one but all my drives have at least 50GB or more on them. What could be the issue here?
