Thanks all.  I believe they are going to try updating to 10.1.  

John Pale, a am a long time Sapphire user and fan, but it is prohibitively expensive for our needs.  We are running about 75 systems between our offices in New York and Knoxville, TN., plus all of our remote freelancers.
