This IS the Avid L2: [Avid-L2] Open GL and Avid FX

I run MC 8.4.2 on my late 2013 27" iMac.

16 GB Ram, 4GB on the video card.

It was best card available, and I think

it is supposed to support Open GL.

Hardware is not my strong suit.

So, the Avid FX Open GL filters are greyed out

when I try to use them. I have poked around the settings

but nothing I do gets them working.

This is a pain, as I bring projects home from work, where we have

an HP Z440, and they run fine. Can't even open them at home, though.

Does anyone know what piece of the puzzle I am missing?

I posted on both Avid and CC forums with no responses.

I am hoping the obvious depth of expertise here

may shed some light.
