[Avid-L2] Support contract renewal problem

 

Hi Marianna,

I bought a support plan renewal (MC with Symph) from Videoguys and have received a Serial Code.

When I copy and paste that code into my "Product\renew support" on my Avid account, it returns an invalid code message.

I hope you can help.
