Just revisiting P&Z here (MC 8.4.2, Mac OS 10.10.5). I can succeed with a CMYK JPG file @ 500 dpi buried seven folders deep on a server, so maybe the OP has another problem. I must say that Avid need to sort out the issue of still images - we have Import, Pan and Zoom and Link/Frameflex (and there are issues there). Rationalise, please - well overdue.
