I would highly recommend Jody Eldred. He's in LA.
Not cheap, but not crazy expensive either. Network quality. He did my Andre Reed/James Lofton shoot in San Diego and another shoot with a Hollywood actress who will remain nameless here. You'll have to ask him about her.
